About the Event
The idea behind TRASH-Fashion-ART is that we start to see disregarded or 'one-use' materials as sources for creation.
Jess is an incredible artist who delves into performance, music, visual art and has a passion for seeking out reusable and sustainable options and making them accessible to all.
Join Jess as she guides you on a fun experience of creating some wearable art!
Bring some of your own found materials and /or craft scraps from home and/or join us on trash walks from 9am Saturday 6th & 20th August.
Extra Info for seperate event:
These trash walks are encouraged for the whole family. You will be inducted & given PPE, collect trash, return to the Parkhouse to wash items & then begin creating! The walks will then be followed by FREE ART MORNINGS where you can continue on your costumes if you like.
You are also invited to showcase your creations at our FLO WALK at The Entrance as apart of the Lakes Festival in November!
